Acceptance

By signing in to Fleet Ledger you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

• Accounts are issued by the fleet owner. Sharing your login is not allowed.
• You are responsible for everything done under your login.
• Tell the fleet owner immediately if you think someone else has your password.

Driver access

Drivers may view and update only their own current week: routes driven and move number photos. Past weeks are locked once the week ends. Pay rates, bonuses and truck assignments are set by the fleet owner and cannot be changed by drivers.

Accuracy of records

You agree to enter true and accurate information. Entering false routes, mileage, expenses or revenue is grounds for removing your access. The fleet owner is responsible for confirming figures before they are used for payroll, invoicing or taxes.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access records that belong to another driver or the owner.
• Do not probe, scan, scrape or overload the service, or use automated tools against it.
• Do not upload unlawful content or anything unrelated to fleet operations.

Availability

The app is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own backups of anything critical to your business.

Limitation of liability

Fleet Ledger is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
