Fleet Ledger is a private trucking expense and driver pay tracker. It is used by the fleet owner and the drivers the owner invites. It is not a public service and accounts are not open to the general public.
Information is used only to run the app for you: to show expenses, calculate driver pay, build reports, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
The fleet owner can see all records. A driver can see only their own pay entries, assigned routes and their own uploaded photos. These rules are enforced on the server, not only in the app screens.
Data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled cloud database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Access to each record is restricted by row-level security rules tied to your login.
We use only the cookies and local storage entries needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Business records are kept as long as the account is active, since expense and pay history is needed for accounting. Deleted routes are archived rather than erased so past pay records stay accurate.
You can ask the fleet owner to correct or remove your driver record at any time. Account holders can request a full export or deletion of their data by contacting the fleet owner.
Questions about this policy should go to the fleet owner who operates this account.
